Victoria (Tori) is a critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and Articulate.
As a military spouse, Victoria worked as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional in Okinawa Japan. She also provided administrative support to the 18th Force Support Squadron.
Victoria is currently seeking a post-graduate certificate in Instructional and Learning Experience Design from Oregon State University. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus (Asia Division). Her educational experience also includes a BS in Communications from Adrian College.
Tori enjoys traveling and has been to 12 countries and counting, including living in Japan.
Tori played competitive soccer for 18 yrs before retiring from her collegiate career.
Tori is a big football fan having been to 9 NFL stadiums with the goal of visiting all 30.
With almost 20 years of experience, Christine believes that effectively managing change can be a company’s differentiator in achieving their goals.
As a member of the leadership team for a Midwest regional insurance provider, Christine was responsible for Change Management as the organization underwent transformative technical and cultural modernization.
Christine began her career by supporting the development of a corporate identity (post IPO) for newly formed Genworth Financial from General Electric. During this time, she helped to consolidate the cultures and business processes of previously acquired legal entities.
Currently, Christine consults from West Michigan, where she hopes to put down some roots! She is certified through Prosci, LaMarsh, and Human Synergistics as an Organizational Change and Culture Practitioner.
Christine has had her pet turtle since she was 13.
Christine’s first job was a Junior Zookeeper.
Christine enjoys dancing. One of her most memorable dance partners was Charles Barkley.
