Lisa is a strategic change leader with 15+ years of experience guiding complex, enterprise-wide transformations in regulated and matrixed environments.

During the pandemic, Lisa committed to hitting the trails twice a week for a year, ultimately trekking over 500 miles across various terrains (the app All Trails kept her from getting lost).
At 14, Lisa was named Southeast Alaska’s Best All-Around Rider while competing on her beloved Tennessee Walker, Misty.
Thanks to her husband’s 21 year's Navy career, Lisa lived in eight different U.S. states (including Pearl Harbor Hawaii) and Sardinia, Italy, making her an unofficial expert at navigating new cultures (and packing boxes!).
Jennifer applies sound instructional design to supportively work with teams and persevere until all parties’ needs are met.

Jackie is a passionate, results-driven leader with 20 years of corporate experience across the manufacturing, consumer package goods, insurance, real estate, and pharmaceutical industries.

Victoria (Tori) is a critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and Articulate.
As a military spouse, Victoria worked as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional in Okinawa Japan. She also provided administrative support to the 18th Force Support Squadron.
Victoria is currently seeking a post-graduate certificate in Instructional and Learning Experience Design from Oregon State University. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus (Asia Division). Her educational experience also includes a BS in Communications from Adrian College.

Tori enjoys traveling and has been to 12 countries and counting, including living in Japan.
Tori played competitive soccer for 18 yrs before retiring from her collegiate career.
Tori is a big football fan having been to 9 NFL stadiums with the goal of visiting all 30.
