Sherri Amstutz -  Sherri’s strengths are in strategy, business process, and complex cross-functional program and project management.  She has served clients in a wide variety of industries and stakeholders from individual contributors all the way to the C-suite.  She enjoys big challenges and excels at handling difficult problems with a calm and pragmatic style.  Recent projects include:

  • Leading the implementation of Seibel event management for a financial services organization

  • Managing a portfolio of projects and Center of Excellence implementing Salesforce for an leading medical device manufacturer

  • Program management for a number of initiatives for the Sales and Service organizations of a Fortune 100 manufacturing company implementing Salesforce

  • Leading a strategy engagement to envision a transformational new customer service solution for a Fortune 100 financial services company

Leian Royce - Leian Royce brings more than 30 years of business experience to Accelerated Knowledge. For the last five years her work has focused on organizational change. As lead of Change Management services, Leian has vertical expertise in Manufacturing, HealthCare and Technology. With Master level certification in the LaMarsh Managed Change™ model, Leian works with business leaders to ensure that strategic objectives of the organization are defined and that the change is aligned with these objectives and that ROI metrics are embedded into the governance of the change. Leian’s past experience has included extensive support of large systems implementation as a project manager, business analyst and instructional designer.  Leian’s recent change projects include:

  • Change lead in several SalesForce and Workday technology projects

  • Change lead for a large software application development project

  • Education and mentorship for the implementation of LaMarsh Managed Change model


Carie Andree - Carie is focused and results-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects in high pressure situations.  Because of her extensive business background, she understands and interprets business needs and can easily translate them into application and operational requirements.  She is a strong leader working closely with executives, managers and other experts within a business. Throughout her career, Carie has been consistently called upon to manage transformative change, most recently, successfully managing a business merger/acquisition with a Fortune 500 company. Carie has prior experience as a certified SAP FI/CO consultant.  She holds an MBA from Western Michigan University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Grand Valley State.
